The Sustainable Longboard

Update on the progress on the building of our 9' Cedar longboards.

Stehlampe

"Stehlampe" a floor standing lamp fixture was exhibited at the Adams Gallery in Boston this February. Thin strands of Poplar hold LED lamps in compression. The element requires no fastenings, enabling each lamp to be raised or lowered within the surrounding armature.

New Lighting Prototype

This floor standing element comprises of Poplar strands that provide enough friction to hold the diffuser in position.

The canopy design for the Rhode Island Fencing Academy seeks to capture the elegant postures of the students and serves to signify the public entry to the building

SUPrototype

Inspired by the Hollow Boards of Tom Blake we are developing a prototype for an environmentally friendly standup paddleboard. Stable, light and.... almost undetectable by radar!

Street Paddleboard 2.0

We have just completed the second prototype of our street paddle board. The board is constructed from a proprietary sandwich of hardwood ply and reinforcement fabric. The laminations assume convex curvature that simulates the sensation of paddling on flat water. The board length is 48" and its width is ca. 9" providing a smooth and elegant ride.
